THE COURSE
This
course informs candidates of changes in legislation and developments to
improve food safety. It will help them to keep their knowledge up-to-date
since obtaining their certificates.
The
course programme includes:

- General
Food Hygiene Regulations 2004
- Food
Hygiene (England) Regulations 2005

safety management procedures (including safer food better business)

food hygiene training
- Developing
a food safety culture
- Food
poisoning investigation
- Sources
of information
WHO
SHOULD ATTEND?
This
workshop is aimed at Food & Beverage Management, Head Chefs, Sous
Chefs, General Management, and Purchasers etc who have already achieved
Intermediate or Advanced Hygiene Certificates and need now to refresh
themselves and be updated on new legislation
