A SELECTION OF CANDIDATES' COMMENTS:
"I would also like to point out that I find the layout of the Handbook
very helpful, and the Test Paper not only being a test but yet a learning
paper at the same time. I have found the information very helpful. It
makes the obvious information more clear to remember by the manner it
is laid out". Sandeep Sarna, Quality Gourmet Foods Ltd, Southall
"A great way to learn for someone as busy as myself. I could find the
time during breaks in the busy service periods of our Bistro to sit down
and spend my time on my workbook". Tina Elsmie, General Manager, Tregoad
Holiday Park, Cornwall.
